To request a refund, orders that you send us, within 3 days of receipt of the product, detailed photos and videos of the product that clearly show the alleged defect. The refund will be processed after verification of the evidence.
Full refunds are provided once a return request is communicated within 3 days of receipt of the order.
** The refund will only be granted if the problem is not related to product quality (factory defect, or defects caused by delivery), non-receipt, or other legitimate questions that will be analyzed.
**Refund requests for reasons of opinion or inappropriate use of the product will not be oils.

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us within 3 days after receipt of the product, a high-quality image or video that is damaged or defective so that a replacement is issued. If your order is in transit for more than 5 days outside the estimated delivery time of the country for which the order is being shipped, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
Easy Refund and Exchange Process:
Send an e-mail for customer support at customersupport@locerda.com. If you want a refund, please send the email of your request along with the photos and videos showing the factory defect or defects caused by the delivery, as well as report your bank account to deposit the refund value. If you want to make a truck, request a truck package, and wait for the instructions.
Afterwards, the refund request will be processed and concluded within 5 days.
